Plush interiors, a £5,500,000 price tag, and crucially, no mortgage.
The latest Omaze prize draw has dropped – and this time, a bougie home in the heart of the Cotswolds is up for grabs.
The cheapest entry to the Omaze prize costs just £10, which secures 15 entries. And if you want to increase your chances, 40 entries are available for £25, 85 for £50, or a whopping 320 for £150. It’s worth a try, right?
With five bedrooms and five bathrooms set across 6,075 square feet of space, the home is fitted with a number of opulent features, including a heated pool and even a separate guest cottage.
And if you’re not sure what kind of interior design style you want to go for, the home comes fully furnished – with a £250,000 cash prize added on top to get you settled in.

Fulfilling all of the period drama fantasies, this 17th-century home is covered in wisteria and even features original mullion windows and a pillared entrance portico. That’s right, darling.
Found in a tiny hamlet right in the depths of the Cotswolds, the locality is inundated with quaint honey stone villages and cosy pubs, with plenty of breathtaking views right on the doorstep.
The historic market town of Cirencester is a few miles away, while Cheltenham is a little further afield (around 20 miles north). What’s not to love?
How many Omaze ‘dream homes’ are actually lived in?
After winning the multi-million-pound house draw comes the eternal dilemma: move in, rent out, or sell up?
The Cotswolds House, worth £5,500,000, has an estimated rental value of between £13,000 and £18,000 per month, while the lucky winner would also have the option to put it on the market and become an instant cash millionaire. Tempting, right?

But of the 14 luxury properties that had been won up until August 2023, just three were still being lived in. Meanwhile, 10 of them had been sold, while one was rented on Airbnb.
In January, yet another Omaze home hit the market for £2,300,000 less than a year after it was won. One month later, the price was reduced to £2,150,000.
Why are people selling their Omaze homes?
Chris Milnes, a 60-year-old father-of-three from West Yorkshire, took home the grand prize in the Dorset House Draw in June 2024, securing a luxurious five-bedroom home in Wimborne alongside £100,000 in cash.
Though it was originally valued at £2,500,000 by Omaze, the rainforest-themed property – surrounded by greenery and located just 40 minutes from the New Forest – is now being listed for £350,000 less.

Almost six months on from his win, Chris learned that he’d soon become a grandad. And as his son lives in Australia, the money from the sale means that they’ll have the funds to spend time with their first grandchild, which Chris labels ‘absolutely wonderful.’
Likewise, in December 2024, the Surrey home – originally valued at £3,000,000 and won by 54-year-old Rachael Reid from Inverness in July 2024 – went on the market for £2,950,000. It was subsequently reduced to £2,750,000 in March 2025.
After winning though, she and her family didn’t place the home straight on the market – instead choosing to spend a few months enjoying their time at the house.
And Rachael loves where she lives – which is why the family decided to cash in and pocket the money so that they can buy an ‘amazing home’ closer to their family and friends in Scotland.
A £4,500,000 London townhouse could be yours for as little as £10
Want to maximise your chances of living mortgage-free? It’s not just the Cotswolds home that’s up for grabs: the opportunity to nab a London townhouse worth £4,500,000 remains.
Located in the very heart of the capital on London’s South Bank, the four-bedroom, five-storey property has uninterrupted views of The Shard, an iconic London landmark that, 12 years from its opening, is still visited by up to 6,000 people each day.
It’s not just fantastic views and a central location you’ll be inheriting either, as the house itself is steeped in history. Outside the front, there’s a ghostly Take Courage sign which has faded over the years, a subtle hint to its links to the former Anchor Brewery.
One of Southwark’s most famous institutions, the brewery was founded in 1616 – and by the early 19th century, it had become the world’s largest. It eventually closed down in 1981, but The Anchor pub is still in operation – just round the corner from the Omaze house.
‘The money from the sale will change everything for the entire family – it’s just incredible – we’re all so excited for the future – we might even build our very own Omazing house!’ Rachael said at the time.
‘Entering Omaze was the best decision I ever made – I wish anyone who enters the best of luck, if it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.’
A spokesperson from Omaze added: ‘All Omaze winners are free to decide if they live in their new house, rent it out for a supplementary income or sell it whenever they wish, to become a cash multi-millionaire – they can put it on the market the day they get the keys – the choice is entirely theirs.
‘Whatever their circumstances, all Omaze winners have several fantastic life-changing options available to them.
‘Omaze is immensely proud to have created 36 millionaires whilst also raising more than £85 million for good causes in the UK since it launched here.‘
